Look out! This is for the SERIOUS summer griller. Not sure you can buy this specific model anymore, but Green Egg makes newer ones and there are also similar companies and models out there that are just as good. This one heats up to 750 degrees (searing!) and puts out that old-time summer aroma of charcoal and smoke. Plenty of grate space and pretty easy to use. This baby is durable...the one in the video has held up for decades even?? The horizontal wood strips, however, lose their stain and color a little, but retains their strength still. The wheels did need to be replaced as they rusted a little over the years. Rain and water-resistant, super thick walls, and accurate temperature control. No paint chipping either at this point. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Be careful not to singe your eyebrows or arm hairs!
