This video reviews a new professional-grade workout / exercise bench for your home. It's solid and well-built with adjustable decline and incline. The best part: it's foldable and easily storable in your bedroom or home gym! I've been super impressed and happy with it so far. Paid $70-ish total. Foam rings were a little smushed, but no dings or nicks upon unpackaging. Hope this helps!
