We recently purchased this 10-foot patio / backyard cantilever offset umbrella and simply love it! It has a 360-degree rotating foot pedal, easy tilt a heavy-duty fabric, and a smooth gliding handle that controls the pitch and angle. It even has a cover to protect the fabric and pole when it's not in use. Oh, and the water/sand filled 4-panel or 4-piece base? It's NOT included and will cost a LOT more cash. So, how to make your own umbrella base? Save yourself some money and attach the base of the umbrella using 12" metal rods. This virtually makes our umbrella windproof!
