This video explains and shows how to paint old dark stained bathroom vanity (cabinets) a beautiful and clean white color. I prepped my area first, removing handles and hinges, laying out cabinet doors, and adequately ventilated the space. I deglossed first as opposed to sanding, then did three coats of stainblocking primer, followed by 2 coats of a high-quality white cabinet paint applied by brush then immediately followed by a small high density foam roller (this knocks down the brush strokes giving it a beautiful professional finish). Obviously, the corners were brush only. Watch out for "pooling" in the corners as your brush rubs up against the edges - just thin everything out as you go. Allow for adequate drying before subsequent coats are applied (see instructions for each product). Good luck with your project - hope this helps!
