What bulbs do you buy for an oven light bulb replacement? This video gives you step-by-step instructions on how you can change your oven light bulb when it burns out, along with some recommended bulbs, including how to select the right sized bulb and right type (don't use a non-heat or LED bulb!). This is GE oven stove. I test the bulbs for you, bringing the oven to 400 degrees and making sure the bulbs can withstand the high temperatures. Be careful not to burn your hand! Of course, if you have a Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, Maytag, Fridgidaire, Kenmore, or other oven/stove brand, the process and bulbs may be different.
