I recently made a Nicaragua Cacao drink to help kick off summer, topped off with a little rum (Flor de Cana?). It's a refreshing taste of chocolate and milk, with a delicious rice, vanilla, and cinnamon base. Serve in jícaras. One of the best tropical beverages you can make! Enjoy!
