Thought I'd do a video from a recipe I recently came across on how to smoke salmon with a touch of maple: a maple-glazed smoked salmon with cherry wood on the electric smoker. How to smoke salmon? Easy prep: cure and dry. Then smoke and baste. How long does it take to smoke a salmon? I smoked mine for about 4 hours on 150-degree heat - occasionally bringing it up to 175-200 to infuse the smoke with the maple baste - on my Char-Broil electric smoker (https://amzn.to/3byz2cm).
