This video shows you how you can make your own DIY window screens for a screened-in porch using 1x2 strips of painted wood (treated) as the backing. From there, simply cut your frames down to size and join using plastic elbows. Run your screen over it and secure with the rubber strip into groove, then cut away remaining with a razor blade.
