What to do if your car's rear view mirror is wiggly, jiggly, and wobbly? My vehicle (a Subaru) had this problem and was months overdue. I finally got around to fixing it - a super simple fix. Your make/model may be different - and may have additional access panels to remove. Just tighten up the bolt/screw behind the mirror using a "star" torx bit (use a screwdriver not a drill). If any screw threads fall out, they are likely stripped. Put a little super glue on the threads and let it dry. Hand tighten everything back up. Hope this helps!
