This DIY video reviews Versabond thinset (LFT; large format tile) and gives you a few practical tips in working with it. I'm applying it to a shower with Redgard liquid membrane. I've used it several times prior to this video and have always been impressed with its quality and price point. I opt for the white every time, but Google the difference between white and gray for more details. Definitely read up on if you need LFT thinset or not, although I talk about the differences in the video. Hopefully, this helps you make a good decision as to which thinset to go with.
