This video reviews and demos how to apply an oil-based stain/sealant for interior use called Waterlox for use on wood surfaces like floors, windows, doors, cabinetry, woodwork, tables, furniture, bar tops, picture frames, and various woodworking projects. I am applying this DIY to a bathroom countertop - poplar hardwood. I did 4 coats, but the last one was probably overkill. If you're looking for an easy-to-use waterproof stain and sealer that makes wood grain POP BEAUTIFULLY, this stuff is the way to go. The only downsides I noticed was (a) does it really cover 100 sq. feet?? and (b) the 24 hour cure time before subsequent coats, but what's the hurry??!! Overall, it's a highly recommended product - I will definitely use it again. Of course, make sure you test really in coats, sanding vs. not, and lighting.
