I can't tent sleep anymore without an air mattress. This self-inflating mattress holds up over the years and provides an inch or so of air. This particular one is a little narrow, but I do sleep much better with it. One-way valve prevents air from leaving and makes it super easy to inflate...no pump or lungs required.
